Requirements
- Certified teacher.
- Strong desire to receive rigorous, ongoing professional training.
- Strong writing and editing skills.

- Willingness to receive and implement feedback regarding instructional practices.
- Evidence of strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Train in evidence-based practices for dyslexia education.
- Specialize in dyslexia education.
- Work towards further certification as a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT).
- Implement specialized instructional skills to help dyslexic students succeed socially and academically.
- Participate in highly collaborative lesson planning and teaching situations.
- Utilize an individualized, interactive teaching philosophy.
- Train at the Dyslexia Resource Center while teaching to obtain additional certification in Dyslexia Education.
