About The Position

Help students build the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially! Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support elementary students with diverse communication needs in the Mount Wolf and Manchester, PA area during the 2026–2027 school year. Provide speech-language assessments and therapy services to elementary students across general and specialized education settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student communication and educational goals. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students who use AAC and other communication supports.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Speech and Language Pathologist PK–12 Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Previous school-based experience preferred
