About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year to work in a supportive, student-centered school district. This role offers an opportunity to join a collaborative environment where clinician input is valued and impactful work is encouraged. The position is located in Castle Rock, CO, and will serve elementary-grade students.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
  • Active or eligible Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure.
  • Strong collaboration skills and passion for supporting students in educational settings.

  • School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to elementary-grade students.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students within one school building.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
  • Participate in bi-weekly SLP team meetings for collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Utilize provided therapy resources and materials.
