About The Position

Partnership Academy is seeking an Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves providing exceptional instruction aligned with students' IEP goals, particularly in reading, writing, and math, for students in grades 1st through 4th. The teacher will collaborate with grade-level teams, case manage approximately 10-15 students, and complete necessary due process work. The position emphasizes a highly collaborative culture, data-driven instruction, and continuous professional development to impact students' academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth. The special education teacher will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including speech/language pathologists, social workers, occupational therapists, classroom teachers, intervention teachers, and associate educators. Responsibilities include analyzing and adapting curriculum, teaching in accordance with Minnesota state standards and IEPs, collecting and interpreting data, providing individualized instruction, partnering with families, and establishing a strong learning culture.

Requirements

  • Minnesota Teaching License (Required)

Responsibilities
