Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; valid teaching certification/license strongly recommended
• Prior experience teaching elementary school students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Knowledge of current educational best practices and curriculum standards
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching and working with children
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities
