About The Position

The Elementary School Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of INTL’s enrichment programs throughout the year, including after-school enrichment classes, mini-camps, and summer camps, as well as the extended day experience for students. They will work closely with the Elementary School Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, and Elementary School Principal. The Academic Enrichment Coordinator will serve as the director and supervisor of the school’s program instructors. This is a full-time position that will report to the Elementary School Principal. Compensation is based on educational attainment and years of experience. The salary range for this full-time position for the 2026-27 school year is $72,000 to $87,000. This position is categorized as an administrative staff member; we are therefore pleased to offer the following comprehensive benefits package: accrued paid time off, award paid sick leave, and eligibility for all paid school holidays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field
  • Experience working in a school and with enrichment programs
  • Previous leadership experience running after-school programs, enrichment, or licensed programs
  • An administrative leadership style based on effective human relations and a capacity to work effectively in a multicultural environment, with an understanding and appreciation for diversity
  • Excellent communication and listening skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dynamic leader of the School’s enrichment program, overseeing outdoor supervision, after-school enrichment, and camp programming
  • Plan, design, and implement enrichment and summer programs aligned with the School’s mission and values, including mini camps, bilingual summer camps, and enrichment classes in English and the target language
  • Oversee extended day programming, ensuring on-site presence until 6:00 p.m. daily, or until all students have been picked up and staff have concluded their duties
  • Supervise, support, and provide ongoing training to Program Instructors, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs
  • Collaborate with school leadership to integrate enrichment, extended care, and summer programs with the academic program, and to ensure responsiveness to the evolving needs of the school community
  • Identify and develop enrichment offerings, create and maintain the enrichment catalog, and oversee registration and withdrawal processes
  • Lead parent communication related to enrichment programming, including the enrichment catalog, schedule updates, camp information, and registration details
  • Model and support the implementation of the School’s mission, vision, and strategic goals
  • Collaborate closely with the Dean of Students, Elementary School Principal, and Assistant Principal to support and oversee student life
  • Serve as a visible, active, and engaged presence on campus, particularly during outdoor supervision, by proactively engaging with students, supporting positive behavior, and building strong relationships across the community
  • Serve as an on-call substitute teacher, as needed
  • Provide small group and/or individualized student support, as requested by the Elementary School Principal
  • Support the Principal in working with parents, faculty, and student groups to advance educational programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with teachers and program staff to ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication with parents and families regarding program activities, student progress, and related matters
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities as directed by the Elementary School Principal and Assistant Principal
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ensure all programs meet applicable health and safety standards and are implemented in accordance with School policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to enrollment, attendance, and program finances
  • Oversee the procurement of equipment, supplies, and materials, ensuring all purchases remain within budget and comply with School policies
  • Manage program-related inquiries and concerns, responding in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner to parents, students, and staff
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation and assessment of programs to ensure quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate and support Program Instructors through regular feedback and assessment, ensuring high standards of performance and professional growth
