About The Position
The position goal is to provide a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate school counseling program to support the academic, life skills and wellness, and college/career needs of all students. The role involves working with students, school leaders, district leaders, teachers, staff, parents and/or guardians, and the community to improve the academic, college/career, and personal development of all students.
Requirements
- An earned master's degree from an accredited institution in School Counseling, Counselor Education, or a related field.
- Valid Florida Department of Education Certification in School Counseling.
- Ability to work with diverse groups.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Computer skills as required for the position.
