School Counselor Location: On-Site | 3 campuses (Tamaqua, Pottsville & Minersville) Salary: $1,500-$2,000 bi-weekly Schedule: Full time 35 hours/week Sign on bonus: $1000 after 90 days of employment How you’ll be there for students: Be their advocate, confidence builder, and difference maker. Requirements

Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
PA Elementary Certified School Counseling Certification

Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling with students, consultation services with school staff and parents, classroom developmental guidance lessons.
Positively impact students’ educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being.
Nurture student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling, focusing on academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.
Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources that align with students' unique needs.
Ensure administrative excellence by completing accurate, efficient paperwork.
Stay updated on field trends to enhance guidance and support for students.
Foster trust and reliability by adhering to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures.
