Requirements

  • Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
  • Must have a valid WA state teaching certificate, required
  • Must have a valid WA state administrators certificate, required
  • BA/MA in Elementary Education, Education Leadership, required

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated knowledge and 5 years of experience in an elementary school setting, highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assistant Principals are encouraged to delegate responsibilities as is appropriate.
  • Assistant Principal will review important decisions with the Principal, Head of Schools and be responsive to the requirements of the Corporate Office.
  • Assistant Principal will model exemplary employee behavior.
