Requirements

Valid Vermont teaching license or eligibility for VT licensure
Training/experience in Science of Reading and evidence‑based literacy instruction
Strong knowledge of literacy development, assessment, and intervention practices
Effective collaboration and communication skills with teachers, families, and MTSS teams

Responsibilities

Provide targeted reading interventions for students needing additional literacy support
Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and MTSS teams
Use assessment data to identify needs, monitor progress, and adjust instruction
Implement evidence-based literacy practices aligned with the Science of Reading
