About The Position
This is a part-time, permanent position for an Elementary Paraeducator at Cambridge Heights School. The role is .75 FTE, meaning it is 75% of a full-time position. The position is part of the CSEA General Unit Salary Schedule and includes benefits. The work year is 9 months, consisting of 206 days per year, 5 days per week. The daily work schedule is 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Requirements

- Previous experience working with groups of children.

- Possession of, or willingness and ability to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment/vehicle requiring this license.
- Passing the IA Proficiency Test or having the CBEST is required, regardless of educational background.
- Attach your High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Attach one document [A or B] from the following list: [A] Passing score from San Juan Unified School District's Proficiency Exam - testing date must be April 2005 to current. No other school districts proficiency exam will be accepted. OR [B] Official passing score from the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST).
