Requirements

• Master’s degree in educational administration or a related field
• Washington State Principal Certificate
• Skill in participatory and collaborative planning and decision-making
• Expertise with instructional supervision and evaluation, curriculum, and program development
• Strong interpersonal relations skills
• Knowledge of Associated Student Body rules and regulations
• Successful teaching experience, preferably at the high school level
• The Superintendent may find acceptable alternatives to the listed qualifications
