About The Position

The Children’s Ministry Director serves in the core areas of next-generation ministry, including the spiritual care of children, discipleship, evangelism and outreach, and ministry leadership. The pastor will guide children as they joyfully grow into mature disciples of Jesus Christ, grounded in Scripture and shaped by a Christian worldview. Working closely with the Senior Pastor and key ministry leaders, the Children’s Ministry Director will foster healthy, supportive collaboration throughout the church and help cultivate a culture in which people are intentionally nurtured as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Requirements

• Firm convictions based on Reformed theology and a passion for the Gospel.
• Personal maturity to respectfully serve the congregation and joyfully cooperate with fellow staff members.
• Graduate of an accredited theological seminary or currently enrolled in a theological seminary; the posting specifies M.Div. or MA.
• Legally eligible to reside and work in the United States.

Responsibilities
