Implement appropriate compensatory, intensive, or accelerated instructional services for at-risk students to enable them to perform at grade level at the conclusion of the next regular school term. This role serves at-risk students who did not perform satisfactorily on state assessments and have not subsequently met specific performance benchmarks. The Interventionist will also complete individual assessments, maintain documentation, disaggregate assessment data, and serve as a resource for administrators, teachers, parents, and students to improve instruction and achievement. Additionally, the role involves providing staff development, modeling lessons, collaborating with district curriculum initiatives, and pursuing professional growth.
