About The Position
The Cardiovascular Institute of New England (CINE) is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join their physician-led cardiovascular practice serving Rhode Island and the greater New England region. This role involves a combination of clinic, hospital, and lab responsibilities, offering exposure to a wide range of electrophysiology procedures and comprehensive cardiovascular care. The incoming physician will primarily support the Cranston, Rhode Island location while collaborating with surrounding New England offices and affiliated health systems. Shared call responsibilities and a Monday-Friday schedule are in place to promote work-life balance.
Requirements
- Board Certified / Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine
- Completion of accredited Cardiovascular Medicine and Electrophysiology training programs
- MD or DO
- Eligible for Rhode Island medical licensure
- Open to experienced Electrophysiologists and current fellows
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and quality outcomes
- Eligible for H1B sponsorship and J1 waiver support
Responsibilities
- Complex and typical ablations
- Device implantation and management
- Arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment
- EP studies and remote monitoring
- Inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology care
- General cardiovascular consultation and support services
