About The Position
Perform maintenance, integration and testing of SATCOM equipment. Open work orders and coordinate the return (RMA) of systems and/or equipment requiring Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair, and/or local vendor replacement. Responsible for completing tasks within scheduled time frame and informing management immediately of any situation which would hinder timely completion. Also assist other departments as requested.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communication, or four (4) year electronics apprentice program.
- Formal electronics training, to include: Installation tasks, soldering, cable dressing, cable tray, conduit and making/repairing
