Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact clearly and concisely with all departments and levels of management
Excellent organizational skills with attention-to-detail
Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task is essential
Excellent analytical, and numerical skills
Ability to use measuring and diagnostic equipment, such DMMs
Understanding of failure analysis, corrective, and preventative action techniques
Excellent workmanship skills
Ability to perform tests and keep accurate records
Ability to learn new technologies and techniques
High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or equivalent in technical work a plus
General understanding of electrical principles and terminology a plus
Experience with spectrum analyzers and network analyzers, and other electrical laboratory measurement equipment a plus

Responsibilities

Carry out product inspections and document findings following QA guidance.
Carry out product programming requests and/or FW updates following QA or ENG guidance.
Analyze and interpret test data along with identifying next steps to be taken.
Verify functionality of newly designed products performance under actual operating conditions.
Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of factory test station equipment.
Perform basic failure analysis, record results and provide corrective actions.
Run experiments under the guidance of an engineer.
