Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is accelerating its growth—and we’re searching for skilled Electronics Technicians who are ready to dive into fast-paced, hands-on innovation in Alexandria, VA. At Mission Technologies, we craft custom, mission-enabling hardware for the defense and intelligence communities—solutions that blend cutting-edge tech, real-world tradecraft, and the kind of creativity you can’t script. Our people are imaginative builders, curious tinkerers, and relentless problem solvers. Collaboration isn’t just encouraged here—it’s the engine that drives everything we do. Join small, high-trust teams where ideas become real hardware at extraordinary speed. If you thrive on open‑ended challenges, enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies, and love watching your designs come alive in the field, you’ll feel right at home. Bring your manufacturing expertise—and shape your role around what you’re best at and most excited by. You’ll take on rapid-turn projects that move from concept to deployment, contributing to hardware used worldwide by real end users. Your impact will include: Hands-On Build & Rework: Assemble, modify, diagnose, and refine electronic assemblies, PCBs, cables, and harnesses. You’ll help create mission-critical systems—from vehicle integrations and electromechanical devices to motion platforms, electronics packaging, and multi-spectral signature management solutions (visible, NIR, thermal, acoustic, RF). Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work side-by-side with senior engineers, technicians, managers, and end-users in tight-knit, agile teams. Clear communication, quick iteration, and adaptability are core to how we work.
