Under minimal supervision, performs scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance on TADSS, STE Devices, and GFP, following technical manuals, preventive maintenance checklists, or industry best practices. Informs the government of maintenance timelines, including personnel travel needs and potential conflicts with training. Records all maintenance activities in real-time and adheres to warranty terms. Sets up and tests equipment to confirm functionality and interoperability. Monitors hardware baselines, analyzes maintenance trends, manages obsolescence, and implements risk management strategies. Installs modifications or upgrade kits and may serve as a preventive rover for unstaffed sites. May be responsible for software and hardware installations, patch management, and security compliance. Supports three primary missions: Steady-state Training Support, Point of Need operations, and Surge Support, which involves planning, coordinating, initializing, troubleshooting, providing over-the-shoulder training, conducting after-action reviews, and managing equipment preparation for shipment and transportation. Travel is required up to 30% of the time, including OCONUS.
