This role focuses on sustaining and repairing Ground Tactical Engagement Systems (TES), with a particular emphasis on CV TESS, TVS, and V TESS, as well as other vehicle platforms. The technician will also surge to repair other Ground-TES devices as directed by the Field Operations Lead or Lead Technicians. Under supervision, the technician will perform scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance on Training, Auditing, Development, and Support Systems (TADSS) and Government Furnished Property (GFP), adhering to technical manuals, preventive maintenance checklists, or industry best practices. All maintenance activities must be recorded in real-time in InSITE. The technician will also adhere to warranty terms for maintained items, tracking them by part number, serial number, and location, and will set up and test TADSS to confirm their expected functionality, including interoperability and operation verification. Monitoring hardware baselines and reverting to previous versions if updates fail is also a key responsibility.
