Requirements

A 2-year degree in Electronics or related field, Certified Electronics Program (18 months), or a 4-year degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) or related field.
Depending on your education, 1-3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent knowledge.
Proficiency in troubleshooting to the component level, interpreting schematics, and using tools like voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and Hi-Pot meters.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes are essential.
PR Certification must be obtained within the probationary period.
Must be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
Ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Responsibilities

Test and Troubleshoot: Use specialized test equipment to evaluate electronic products, identifying issues down to the component and sub-assembly level with precision.
Interpret and Execute: Analyze schematics, drawings, and specifications to set up and perform tests, ensuring products meet rigorous standards.
Collaborate and Mentor: Share your expertise by cross-training and mentoring other technicians, while providing technical guidance to assemblers.
Innovate and Improve: Recommend process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicate and Document: Provide clear written and oral feedback on test results, troubleshooting efforts, and quality observations.
Maintain Excellence: Keep your workstation and tools organized, comply with safety regulations, and engage in a self-directed teaming environment.
