As an Electronics Tester, you play an essential role by testing our products during various stages within the production lifecycle. Some examples are Automated/ Manual Test Stations and Sub Testing with troubleshooting to board and component level. Other examples include also performing first level testing like Hi Pot and Ground Continuity (both manual and automated). ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Test using various equipment (i.e., scopes, meters, signal generators, power sources, etc.) Be able to find and understand associated technical procedures needed. Identify pass / fail conditions. Ability to navigate computer functions. Record data. Read a detailed schematic for troubleshooting purposes. Perform board and component level troubleshooting. Supportive department tasks including but not limited to: Maintenance of test equipment and test station ESD Surface testing Testing Equipment Calibrations Ionizer Testing and Calibration Inspections Shelf-Life Inspections
