About The Position

Clemens Food Group is expanding production and looking for an Electronics Supervisor to lead our second-shift electronics team. This is a people-leadership role for someone with practical industrial electronics experience who enjoys developing technicians, partnering with Operations, and taking ownership of a shift. The ideal candidate understands the work, can guide the team, and knows how to get results through people.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial electronics maintenance, automation, or controls experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics and control systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical electronics knowledge, including multimeter use, amperage checks, motor troubleshooting, and 120V/480V circuits.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or developing others.
• Ability to prioritize resources, communicate across teams, and make decisions in an active production environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous formal supervisory experience.
• Food or protein manufacturing experience.
• PLC and VFD familiarity.
• Spanish/English bilingual capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four electronics technicians, including one lead technician.
• Prioritize daily workloads, PMs, backlog, production calls, and follow-up work across the shift.
• Partner closely with Operations to communicate priorities, address equipment issues, and support production needs.
• Provide technical guidance during electronics troubleshooting and help ensure technicians follow effective troubleshooting practices.
• Support reliability improvement by driving PM completion and increasing planned versus unplanned work.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with electronics, regulatory, and food-safety requirements.
