About The Position

You will lead the Electronics Engineering Team supporting Linde Electronics facilities across the United States. Manage Control System Engineering, Operations Training, and Technical Support resources to support safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operations. Drive reliability across Electronics facilities with a strong focus on customer care and response during operational incidents. You will also provide technical and hands-on leadership for operational activities to ensure safe and reliable customer supply. Serve as the technical leader for operations support across all Linde US Electronics sites. Lead technical customer communications and activities that may impact customer operations or supply. Ensure compliance with corporate and governmental safety and environmental requirements. Further, you will ensure facilities meet Linde, Electronics, and customer-specific quality requirements. Lead execution of operational requirements, process improvements, and operational plans aligned with business and customer objectives. Partner with regional and national productivity teams to identify and complete Six Sigma, Lean, cost reduction, and soft savings projects. Achieve plant and product supply reliability goals and develop action plans to address performance gaps. And you will train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for Operations Support team members to build a cohesive, high-performing team. Develop team objectives and plans to support current and future facility needs. Support startup, reliability, troubleshooting, RCA, FMEA, and HAZOP activities for current and new facilities. Collaborate with Site Managers and other teams to achieve shared business and customer goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
  • At least seven (7+) years of industrial operations or engineering experience
  • Including 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong technical, communication, and team leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with semiconductor industry operations and ultra-high purity systems
  • Air Separation Unit process operations and chemical systems startup experience
