About The Position

McLaurin is hiring an Electronics Design Engineer for its JETS II contract team at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. The engineer will report directly to the Electronics and Electrical Section Manager and work with a group of more than 45 Electronics and Electrical Engineers. The role may involve working directly with or serving as a team lead alongside other electrical engineers on projects supporting NASA deep-space exploration. The position supports electronic systems from conception and analysis through manufacturing, operational testing, and deployment, including component development, laboratory test systems, and space-flight hardware. The work takes place in a laboratory environment and follows standard operating procedures. The role is posted at multiple levels, and candidates may be considered at an advertised level depending on experience, requirements, and business needs. U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a comprehensive security background investigation are required.
