About The Position

TSC is seeking an Electronics Technician located in our Huntsville, AL to support our production division. This role involves troubleshooting electronic assemblies down to the component level to support product reliability and repair, while diagnosing and resolving issues in both RF and digital systems to return failed units to full functionality. The technician will log and interpret test data, collaborating with peers to identify trends and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. This position requires close collaboration with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process enhancements, and proactive communication with management and team members to align on goals and improve throughput. Additionally, the role involves setting up, calibrating, and validating test systems to ensure accuracy and repeatability, and presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment, responding effectively to shifting priorities and production demands, is essential.

Requirements

Associate degree related to aerospace or electronics and at least 6 years of production and/or assembly experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of electrical tools and equipment; crimpers, dies, multimeter, presses, connectors, contacts, wire gauges/types, soldering, etc.
Ability to assembly, test, rework, repair according to IPC Standards
Experience working in a design team environment with vendors, customers and peer engineers

Responsibilities
