Join our fast-paced production team supporting the assembly and integration of radio and electronic components used in advanced aviation and communications systems. The Electronics Assembly Technician is responsible for building circuit boards, cables, wire harnesses, mechanical assemblies, and other electronic subassemblies in accordance with engineering documentation, production procedures, and applicable workmanship standards. This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who enjoys working with electronics, small components, hand tools, and detailed assembly processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, comfortable working in a production environment, and able to maintain consistent productivity while meeting established schedules and delivery requirements. SHIFT FLEXIBILITY Shift flexibility is highly valued for this position. Candidates who are available to work any assigned shift are strongly preferred, as production schedules and business needs may vary. Flexibility to support different shifts, overtime, or schedule adjustments when needed is a significant advantage.
