We are seeking a motivated, high-energy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Electronics Assembler. In this fast-paced role, you will gain hands-on experience in modern electronics assembly, material preparation, and circuit board processing. This is and excellent opportunity to learn foundational manufacturing techniques and build a career in electronics production.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn new technical skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and transport heavy materials including drum handling equipment and pallet jacks) with proper tools.
  • Reliable attendance and strong team-player mindset.
  • Must be a US person (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals) to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inventory, organize, and stage raw materials and components for the assembly line.
  • Cross train in the application of conformal coating on electronic circuit boards.
  • Safely use power tools (e.g. electric drills), hoists, and pallet jacks.
  • Safely handle, maneuver, and transport 55-gallong drums of silicone oil following standard safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace by following shop safety guidelines.
  • Receive, inventory, organize, and stage raw materials and components.
  • Use power tools.
  • Transport 55-gallong drums of silicone oil following.
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
