About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring for an Electronics and Mechanical Assembler at Irving, TX 75038. As an Electronics and Mechanical Assembler you will: Assemble small mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment. Perform precision assembly work following technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Conduct functional testing, calibration, and verification of assembled products. Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Troubleshoot assembly and production issues and collaborate with engineering and quality teams. Complete production documentation, material tracking, and non-conformance reports. Follow SOPs, GMP requirements, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in training teammates when needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in electronics assembly, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, or small parts assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive precision work.
  • Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and mechanical aptitude.
