About The Position

BAE Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute to technical development on a program within its defense portfolio. The position works on a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test Electronic Warfare systems. The engineer will help deliver Electronic Warfare solutions across the system-development lifecycle, including requirements development, design analysis, and integration and test. The systems support air-vehicle survivability by detecting, denying, deceiving, degrading, and/or disrupting adversary integrated air defenses. The role is part of a collaborative organization developing advanced electromagnetic spectrum operations systems that detect, locate, and counter threats for joint and international aircrew. The position offers a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off, and a flexible work environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
At least 4 years of relevant technical experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering.
Experience with Electronic Warfare systems.
Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, decomposition, derivation and allocation; architecture; system modeling and simulation; system design and development; system integration and test; production; and sustainment.

Responsibilities
