About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking an electrical engineer with electronic warfare systems expertise to help enhance platform Electronic Warfare capabilities. The role supports the Mission Systems team by working with OEMs to improve system performance and integrate advanced technologies into existing platforms.

The engineer will collaborate with existing teams to understand challenges, develop and integrate upgrades, and augment designs and algorithms to improve system performance. The work also offers the opportunity to gain experience in the radar discipline while contributing to future EW technologies and warfighter capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with EW systems.
• Knowledge of EW systems and systems integration challenges.
• Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with modern Navy SPY radar systems.
• Experience with the SETR process.
• Knowledge of contracting mechanisms and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting.
• Knowledge of EW tracking systems.
• Ability to analyze designs and provide technical inputs to improve performance and integration ease.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
