The Electronic Trading Service & Solutions Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the Electronic Trading Desk, Execution Consulting team, Sales Trading, Product Management, and Technology organizations. The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the electronic trading platform, troubleshooting trading workflow issues, coordinating technology incidents, supporting OMS/EMS integrations, and assisting execution consultants with client analytics, platform onboarding, and service delivery. This individual combines strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of electronic trading workflows and serves as an internal advocate for traders and consultants across the trading floor.
