About The Position

TTM Technologies is hiring an Electronic Test employee to perform routine go/no-go testing of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. The role includes setting up test devices using hand tools or automatic test methods and operating electrical test equipment. The position is routine in nature, involves limited judgment and decision-making, and is performed under close supervision with detailed instructions. It typically requires less than one year of related experience. The employee must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. This includes recognizing ITAR-controlled products and restricted access requirements, identifying foreign-person visitors, following facility authorization procedures for foreign visitors, understanding export requirements for shipments leaving the United States, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to operate a computer is preferred.
Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Work on routine assignments requiring limited judgment, with detailed instructions and close supervision.
Typically less than one year of related experience.
Comply with applicable export-control policies and laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience.
Computer skills such as AS400, Access, Excel, or STAR.

Responsibilities

Operate electrical test equipment.
Operate RAID and TDR equipment.
Perform electrical test audits.
Drill electrical test fixtures.
Assemble and disassemble electrical test fixtures.
Perform maintenance.
Meet production quality requirements.
Attend daily crossovers.
Comply with TTM export-control policies and applicable laws, including requirements for ITAR-controlled products, visitors, shipments, and vendor approvals.
