The Electronic Technician I will be responsible for the programming and troubleshooting of control systems, including PLCs, servo drives, AC drives, interface modules, DC Drives, and HMIs. This role also requires mechanical skills to assist with mechanical repairs and preventative and predictive maintenance tasks. The position involves reading, redlining, and creating electrical drawings, leading projects or work groups, making sound decisions, and utilizing problem-solving tools. The candidate must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and identify/implement continuous improvement projects following change management procedures. Previous Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential.
