About The Position

Responsible for partially assembling and testing products according to product specifications and process plans. The role includes precision hand soldering, basic electrical and mechanical assembly, and using electrical test equipment. The employee performs the role’s core duties in accordance with established skills competencies and carries out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or related field of study, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 1–3 years of electro-mechanical manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in understanding and interpreting written and verbal instructions, direction, and technical information.
• Basic computer competency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and business-specific software (e.g., ERP, eQMS, CAD).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision hand soldering of surface-mount and through-hole components and coax cable.
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Use electrical test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and analyzers.
• Execute core duties and responsibilities in accordance with established skills competencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
