About The Position

Join Indotronix as an Electronic Technician 3 onsite in San Diego / Rancho Bernardo, CA. In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in assembling, installing, and maintaining cutting-edge electronic systems. Work a convenient 4x10 schedule (Monday–Thursday) within a collaborative, safety-focused environment, supporting advanced engineering projects and expanding your technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or electronics training equivalent to 2 years of technical or military school.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting analog and digital circuits.
  • Skilled in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, VOM, DVM, and related test equipment.
  • Strong documentation and analytical abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with RF systems, digital/analog circuits, or embedded electronics.
  • Experience in component-level troubleshooting and working with circuit cards.
  • IPC-A-610 Class III Surface Mount certification.
  • Hands-on work with spectrum analyzers and RF generators.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, and maintain electronic systems and components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot circuit boards and wiring at the component level.
  • Perform operational tests, including environmental stress screening, vibration, and thermal testing for compliance with strict design specifications.
  • Conduct defined engineering tests and systematically collect detailed data.
  • Document test results, repairs, and maintenance activities with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform root cause analysis and diagnostics using oscilloscopes, multimeters, RF generators, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Uphold NGC CAT 2 Foreign Object Elimination (FOE), Foreign Object Damage (FOD), quality, safety, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards.
