About The Position

This is more than a back-office role—this is where accuracy meets efficiency to ensure seamless digital banking experiences for our customers every day. From processing ACH and Wire Transactions to supporting online banking platforms, your contribution will directly support our institution’s performance and reputation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bank’s electronic services—from wire transfers to fraud detection to online banking. Every day offers variety and challenge—analyzing transaction files, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with online banking maintenance. You’ll work with a dedicated, collaborative team that values precision, initiative, and proactive problem-solving. Requirements

• Prior banking experience is a must
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Comfort using banking platforms and systems

• High school diploma
