About The Position

Guadalupe Credit Union is looking for an Electronic Services Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support the credit union's electronic services, including debit cards, ACH transactions, online and mobile banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture, and other electronic payment systems. You will assist members and employees with questions and troubleshooting, process electronic transactions, research and resolve issues, and help identify and prevent fraudulent activity. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent member service.

Requirements

  • Up to six months of similar or related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Regular walking, talking, and hearing.
  • May involve long periods of standing or sitting.
  • Occasional light lifting, bending, and reaching may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members and employees with online banking, debit card services, electronic payments, and other digital banking products.
  • Research and resolve electronic transaction issues while providing timely and professional service.
  • Process and maintain electronic banking transactions and service requests accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
  • Monitor account activity and help identify potential fraud, educating members on ways to protect their accounts and personal information.
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to support efficient electronic services and deliver an exceptional member experience.
