Integrated Protection Systems (IPS), a rapidly expanding security systems integrator, is looking for experienced electronic technicians in Dallas, TX who want to grow into technical leaders. You’ll collaborate with experienced project managers to install and service advanced commercial electronic systems from the ground up — following plans, blueprints, and industry codes.

Requirements

• 2 years recent experience installing access control and camera systems
• Comfortable using their electronic security skills independently or as part of a team
• Can read security system plans and follow a scope of work
• Can pass a background check, drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Installing, wiring, and programming access control panels, card readers, and locks
• Installing, wiring, and programming video cameras and recording devices
• Installing and terminating low voltage and fiber optic cabling
• Servicing and troubleshooting low voltage systems
• Providing Systems Training to customers
• Tracking assets, materials, and work notes via mobile app
