About The Position

Sandoval Technology Solutions, LLC (DBA SandTech) is seeking a teaming partner for the Building 1623 pursuit. SandTech's expertise lies in secure-space cabling and IDS installation. This role requires a partner with proven capabilities in panel programming, Access Control System (ACS) integration, and certified maintenance, specifically for DMP and Hirsch/HID systems. The ideal partner will fill SandTech's gap in these specialized areas, allowing SandTech to lead as the prime contractor with its cleared local workforce, program management, security posture, and customer relationship.

Requirements

• Manufacturer certification on DMP and Hirsch/HID systems.
• Ability to program, integrate, and warranty the named installed base.
• Personnel eligible for U.S. SECRET clearance, adjudicated before award.
• Licensed Texas security systems company in good standing (DPS/PSB).
• Demonstrated ICD 705 / secure-facility installation experience.
• Response capability within SLA tiers (4-hour ICD 705 / 24-hour DoDM).
• Small business status.
• Willingness to support SandTech's prime position.

Nice To Haves

• UL 2050-listed monitoring station operation or an established partnership with one.
• NICET-certified technicians (Electronic Security Systems).
• San Antonio / JBSA-Lackland local presence.
• Prior DoD/federal facility work.
• Existing relationships or maintenance history with the in-place Building 1623 systems.
• Facility clearance.

Responsibilities

• Panel programming for DMP (500/550-class) and Hirsch Velocity + HID systems.
• Access Control System (ACS) integration, specifically with Hirsch/HID.
• Manufacturer-certified maintenance for DMP and Hirsch/HID systems.
• Warranty the named installed base.
• Meet response time SLAs, including 4-hour response for ICD 705 tier and 24-hour DoDM response standards.
• Provide UL 2050 monitoring capability or partnership.
• Support SandTech's prime position and subcontracting goals.
