About The Position

DelMar Aerospace Corporation is hiring a CONUS-deployable Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program Manager to manage the Wing and Operations Group EFB program at U.S. Air Force bomber bases. The program supports mobile devices, stand-alone computers, mobile device management software, and electronic flight publications used by B-52H or B-1B aircrew. The role combines hands-on device administration with implementation of changing higher-headquarters security requirements and publication updates that have safety-of-flight implications. The position serves as the primary Wing EFB Program Manager and liaison to AFGSC/A3TV. It oversees EFB equipment and accounts, device enrollment and compliance, current flight publications, service-provider coordination, inventory, sustainment planning, and annual reporting. Personnel deploy to CONUS Air Force bomber bases in rotations, typically 90–120 days on and 30 days off; the company may work with employees on rotation location and duration. The work is typically eight hours per day, five days per week, with government-required surges. Exercise support and holidays may require duty-hour shifts, coordinated 48 hours in advance, with work not exceeding nine hours in a day. Federal holidays and AFGSC Family Days are observed. The role is performed at the SECRET level and requires U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET clearance, or a previously held clearance that expired and was not revoked. The company may facilitate qualified personnel in obtaining a clearance. Eligibility for access to Restricted Data is also required. The anticipated start is on or about November/December 2026. The position has a base period plus four one-year option periods. Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience; the payment package depends on the rotation schedule. DelMar Aerospace describes its culture as collaborative and creative, emphasizing hard work, integrity, empathy, accountability, learning from failure, and work-life balance.
