About The Position

Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is looking for a permanent, full-time Data Analyst to join our eligibility analysis team. This role is based in Middleburg Heights, OH, and requires candidates to live within driving distance. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with two onsite days per week.

Requirements

• Proficiency writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server required
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
• Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Capable of solving complex problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Understanding of ANSI 270/271 is a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
• Do research and seek out/establish/maintain eligibility connections.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other analysts to develop and document best practices, standards, and tool usage
• Other duties as assigned
