About The Position

Responsible for the analysis, development, maintenance, and support of e-commerce software programs to ensure the business community's needs are addressed. Collaborates closely with vendors and trading partners to ensure secure and effective e-commerce operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in software development, installation, and maintenance, as well as web/internet and database applications or data warehousing.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in programming and transaction mapping.
Experience in working with vendors and trading partners in an e-commerce environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and develop e-commerce software programs to meet business requirements.
Maintain and support existing e-commerce solutions to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Create and manage trading partner profiles and map transactions for seamless integration.
Establish and test secure communication links with trading partners, ensuring data security and integrity.
Identify and document programming requirements for new transactions and related processes.
Assist in developing and documenting e-commerce policies and procedures.
Work on multiple projects, contributing as a team member and leading moderate complexity projects.
Provide guidance and coaching to junior technical staff as needed.
