About The Position

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Systems Manager to lead the creation, implementation, and management of our enterprise systems in support of business e-commerce. This role involves collaborating with business leadership to develop e-commerce strategies, ensuring integration with existing enterprise architecture, and maintaining the currency of new technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry experience, including Web/Internet, database applications, and data warehousing.
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams and projects.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.
Proven experience in strategic planning and development of e-commerce solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leadership to develop and prioritize e-commerce strategies.
Ensure the integration of Internet/Extranet systems architecture with existing enterprise frameworks.
Develop and implement e-commerce service concepts, including pricing, packaging, and product offerings.
Oversee site transaction and partnership strategies.
Analyze customer feedback and develop promotional plans with senior management.
Manage integration of the website with Product Development, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
Lead content creation efforts, including input from marketing groups and managing the editorial calendar.
Identify and manage technology development partners and external vendors.
Maintain awareness of new technologies and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
Possess project management responsibility for all e-commerce development work.
