Requirements

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
1 year of banking experience preferred
Strong Computer skills
Excellent customer service skills, including oral and written communication skills
Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check
This is an in-office position, and it is critical to remain available to team members during business hours

Responsibilities

Accurately input and verify outgoing domestic and international wire transfers to ensure timely execution
Review all wire transfers to proactively detect and prevent fraudulent activity
Process callbacks and verifications on outgoing wires in accordance with established security protocols
Process incoming wire transfers, including posting, research, and resolution of any exceptions or discrepancies
Enter and maintain wire transfer agreements
Support online and business banking customers with password resets and general application questions
Process Image Cash Letter files daily
Execute daily sweep transactions to maintain accurate account funding and liquidity
Manage and support mobile Remote Deposit Capture (mRDC) applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and processing
Review the daily watch report to identify and resolve potential issues or suspicious activity
Process the IOLTA file monthly, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
Receive, process, and/or verify currency orders submitted by locations
