About The Position

Our Electronic Banking Associates support the daily operations of the bank’s Electronic Banking Department. This position is responsible for processing electronic transactions including wires, ACH activity, and dispute resolution. In addition to providing ongoing maintenance and support for online and mobile banking services. This position also plays a key role in onboarding and supporting Cash Management customers and serves as a resource for internal employees regarding electronic banking products and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assumes responsibility and is accountable for adherence to Bank policies and procedures as well as all laws, rules and regulations
  • Process incoming and outgoing domestic wire transfers in accordance with bank policy, regulatory requirements, and established timelines.
  • Process incoming and outgoing ACH transactions, including returns, corrections, and file submissions.
  • Review, research, and resolve ACH and card-related disputes in compliance with federal regulations (Reg E, NACHA rules, etc.).
  • Assist in the setup, implementation, and ongoing support of Cash Management services such as ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, wire templates, and other treasury tools.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to other employees with customer related issues, including but not limited to online and mobile banking, debit cards, ACH origination, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay or ATMs.
  • Provide quality service via telephone and email, ensuring that customers’ needs are met by listening and analyzing problems, determining the approach and/or solution and communicating resolutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
