We are looking for a thorough and detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join our Production Team and our thriving workplace culture.

Requirements

  • High school degree or higher.
  • Soldering skills, preferably in surface mounts.
  • Electronic problem-solving and diagnostic ability.
  • Basic mechanical assembly skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy and strong eye/hand coordination and dexterity skills.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and teachable.
  • Ability to lift equipment of different weights 30 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks while keeping organized, focusing on priorities and being productive.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently after training.
  • Professional appearance and personal grooming standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior electro-mechanical assembly and/or electronic/electrical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performs general assembly of products, both during design phase and final production.
  • Ensures quality and functionality requirements are met.
  • Packages, crates, and ships goods.
  • Cleans production area and organizes raw material inventory.
  • Circuit board soldering.
  • Conducts diagnostics and troubleshooting on boards and electronics.
  • Communicates engineering change orders and assembly.
  • Must be willing to travel up to two weeks out of the month to help with installations
  • Other duties and tasks as needed.
