About The Position

This role involves assembling and soldering various electronic products, including printed circuit boards and wire cables. Some tasks require working under a microscope with small surface mount components. The technician will use tools to create or repair parts and products, interpret technical documents like diagrams and schematics, and collaborate with team members. Maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to safety requirements are essential. The position also requires identifying and handling defective items according to procedures and utilizing problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Must be able to read component values, bills of materials, work procedures and drawings.
Must have experience soldering.
Must have experience.
Will at times work under magnification.
Experience in electronic assembly.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of or certification of IPC standards a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble and solder various electronic products including but not limited to printed circuit boards and wire cables.

Work with other members of the group in order to assemble products.
Keep a clean and tidy workspace.
Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures.
Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
