About The Position

The Electronics Assembler is responsible for performing various assembly tasks, including reading and following work instructions, production orders, and blueprints. The role involves assembling, fitting, and installing prefabricated parts to form subassemblies and final assemblies, picking hardware items, and packaging some parts. The assembler will also assist other departments as necessary, perform cycle counting, and conduct various types of testing. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills (standard and metric)
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Ability to follow work instructions accurately
Ability to do accurate work at a rapid pace
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
Ability to work well independently as well as with others
Have attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to proficiently read and write in English
Ability to follow all safety rules
Ability to work independently without guidance
Basic understanding of inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Basic understanding of product functions
Ability to operate pallet jack
Ability to solder
Ability to set up and produce basic assembly process

Responsibilities
