The Electromechanical Technician supports manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing electrical, automation, controls, and mechanical systems within a cosmetic and personal care manufacturing environment. Working under the direction of the Controls Engineer, this position focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, supporting automation systems, and ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards. The Electromechanical Technician provides technical support for compounding, filling, labeling, packaging, cartoning, and automated production equipment while participating in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, and production performance.
